The colours selected will depend on our suppliers. Although we hold lots of stock, sometimes stock may be low. Timeframes on getting the materials will also depend on our suppliers. We will be transparent with delivery time frames when ordered.

Orders can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If preferred, we can arrange the return through our couriers and deduct the pre-approved charges from your refund. Please note that bean bag filling is non-refundable, as it is purchased from third-party suppliers.
